Two ways to contribute.
Event coach applicant
Share your coaching experience, program, availability, and preferred role. Team appointments require organizer selection, screening, safety training, and written activation.
Referral partner
Help families discover the Diamond Bowl using an approved referral code and official registration materials. Your agreement and code must be activated before referrals qualify.
Referral partner overview
Clear terms. Professional representation.
- 7% on the first 20 qualifying athlete registrations; 10% on qualifying registrations 21 and above
- Commission applies to eligible registration fees paid, settled, and retained
- Payment plans qualify after required payments are completed and settled
- Referral code must be used during the original registration
- Post-event reconciliation determines eligible payouts; the signed agreement controls
No guaranteed earnings or automatic coaching appointment. Coaching does not increase referral commission. No separate coaching pay or travel benefits are offered under this referral program.
Use the disclosure: “I may earn a referral commission if your athlete registers for the Diamond Bowl using my code.”
Coaching standards
Put athletes first.
Approved coaches follow athlete-safety requirements, professional boundaries, the event code of conduct, and team reporting instructions. Keep a parent or authorized adult included in youth communications and direct payments through official registration.
College recruiting staff should use the separate college-coach intake.
