THURSDAY · JANUARY 14
Optional early arrival
Families may choose to arrive early to prepare for the weekend.
Check-in hours and location are awaiting confirmation. Early arrival is a planning option, not a published attendance requirement.
FRIDAY · JANUARY 15
Check-in, combine & position showcase
Reporting / warm-up: 3–4 PM planned. Combine / position showcase: 4–9 PM planned.
Keep registration confirmation available. Review final facility address, required arrival time, testing instructions, and permitted equipment before departure.
SATURDAY · JANUARY 16
Tournament competition
Tournament operations: 8 AM–7 PM planned, including pool play, evaluation, and advancement.
Your athlete’s team schedule may differ from the overall operating window. Final matchups, breaks, and team reporting times will come from the event team.
SUNDAY · JANUARY 17
Championship experience
Featured championship experience planned at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
Tournament advancement determines participants. Stadium reporting, kickoff, admission, parking, and participant access are awaiting confirmation.

Meals & getting around
Plan your stay.
Meals are provided for paid participants. Shuttle service is provided for paid participants staying at the event hotel. Local participants are responsible for their own accommodations and transportation.
The event team will share the hotel, pickup locations, shuttle routes, and schedule with registered participants. Family hotel bookings and travel costs are arranged separately.
